Congratulations to Lydia Ko for capping off a stunning season with victory at the AIG Women’s Open on the Old Course in St Andrews!

Having won on the LPGA Tour, been inducted to the Ladies Golf Hall of Fame and clinched Gold at the Paris Olympics, it’s fair to say everyone’s favourite Kiwi-golfer has had a career defining year and Lydia braved some typically Scottish weather to hold off solid performances from the likes of Lilia Vu, Nelly Korda and Charley Hull. Team WITB.com attended Round 1 of the event and were just as blown-away by the quality of golf as we were by the 30mph winds; seriously impressive stuff!

Keegan Bradley secured his placed in this weeks Tour Championship with a steely win at the BMW and Federic LaCroix made it back-to-back French wins on the DPWT taking home the W at the Danish Golf Championship

With the 2024 Major season officially over we look to the climax of the PGA Tour with the season long Fedex Cup culminating in the Tour Championship, Eastlake. The top 30 men will compete for one of the biggest prize funds in golf with the winner taking home a cool $25M and second place netting $12.5M; and to think I was happy winning £20 (pro-shop credit) in my recent Sunday Sweep victory at Scotscraig Golf Club…..
