Brooks Koepka – WITB 2025

Brooks Koepka isn’t just built like a linebacker—he plays like one, too. The dude doesn’t blink in majors, and when Sunday pressure mounts, he’s the guy most pros would least like to see in their rearview mirror. He’s one of just 20 players in golf history with five major championships, and if the competitive fire still burns as hot as his short-game wedges, we wouldn’t bet against him snagging No. 6 this season.

Koepka’s major tally includes:

  • U.S. Open wins in 2017 and 2018

  • PGA Championship titles in 2018, 2019, and 2023

He’s a cold-blooded killer in big moments, and though he’s yet to slip on a green jacket, he’s come heartbreakingly close at The Masters—most recently in 2023, where he finished runner-up after leading through 54 holes. Augusta has been both a proving ground and a source of frustration for Brooks, but his ball-striking-first approach and now-refined short game mean it’s only a matter of time before he kicks in the front door at Magnolia Lane.

This 2025 setup is quintessential Koepka: classic shapes, trusted shafts, and nothing unnecessary in the bag. No training wheels. No frills. Just raw performance.

Driver: TaylorMade Qi10 “Dot” 10.5° @9.75 – Mitsubishi Diamana D Limited 60 TX (44.5", tipped 1")

Brooks is gaming the ultra-tour-only Qi10 “Dot”—a lower-spinning, flatter-flying version of the retail head. At 44.5 inches, the shorter shaft gives him control without sacrificing speed. Tipping it an inch? That’s a Koepka signature for maximum feel and stability on impact.

3 Wood: TaylorMade M2 Tour HL 16.5° – Mitsubishi Diamana D+ 80 TX

A rare relic still in play. The M2 Tour HL (High Launch) is legendary among better players for its consistent flight and feel. It’s been in and out of Koepka’s bag for years—and if it ain’t broke, he ain’t fixing it.

3 Iron: Nike Vapor Pro (3i) – Fujikura Pro Tour Spec 95 X

Yes, Nike doesn’t even make clubs anymore. Yes, he’s still gaming the Vapor Pro. The man loves what he loves—and this long iron is all about low spin and high bullets. It’s a true throwback that still delivers.

Irons: Srixon ZX7 Mk II (4i–9i) – True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100

Brooks moved into Srixon irons when he joined the brand, and the ZX7 Mk II is as close as it gets to a forged blade with just enough forgiveness. X100 shafts are the go-to for heavy hitters—and Koepka definitely qualifies.

Wedges: Cleveland RTX ZipCore Tour Rack Raw 46°-10 Mid, RTX6 ZipCore Tour Rack 52°-10 Mid, 56°-10 Mid, 60°-6 Low – True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue X100 (46°), S400 (52°–60°)

A full slate of raw, Tour-built Cleveland wedges. The 60° low bounce is particularly savage around Augusta’s slick greens. And with Koepka's improved wedge game, these babies are weapons, not just tools.

Putter: Scotty Cameron Teryllium Tour Newport 2 Circle T

Classic Anser shape. Circle T. Teryllium insert. It doesn’t get more “Tour” than this. Koepka has bounced around putters in the past, but this one’s been a staple lately—and when it heats up, so does the scoreboard.

Ball & Grips: Srixon Z-Star Diamond – Golf Pride Tour Velvet Cord (Midsize)

Koepka plays Srixon’s Z-Star Diamond ball, the model he helped develop. It fits his launch and spin profile—high launch off the driver, with plenty of zip on approach. Midsize cords give him the traction and comfort to go full throttle.

What’s Changed in 2025?

Honestly? Not much—because he doesn’t mess with success. The only recent change is the continued commitment to the Qi10 “Dot” driver, which came in late last season and has earned its permanent place. Everything else is about feel and trust. The Nike 3i remains. The M2 Tour is still swinging. If anything, it shows that Koepka doesn’t care what’s trending—he plays what performs, and his setup is a masterclass in no-nonsense gear for big-time players.

Brooks at Augusta – Masters Pedigree

  • T2 (2023) – Painfully close

  • T7 (2020) – Steady throughout

  • T2 (2019) – In the mix all week

He’s been knocking on Augusta’s door more than once. And with his 2025 setup dialed in and his driver swing looking buttery again, don’t be surprised if he crashes the party this year.
